Wash with water
Rinse gently. Use a mild detergent on areas that need extra cleaning.
Drain thoroughly
Gently drain the water and reshape. Do not twist forcefully.
Air dry in the shade
Allow the pillow to dry completely, including the inside, before use.
Do not tumble dry or use bleach. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose Soft or Hard?
Choose Soft if you prefer a gently cradling feel, or Hard if you prefer firmer, more stable support. Comfort is personal and may vary.
Can I adjust the height?
There is no built-in height adjustment. The neck-support areas have different heights, so you can turn the pillow around to find your preferred position. Soft compresses more under the head than Hard, making it a good option if you prefer a lower pillow. For additional height, you can place a towel underneath and adjust it to suit you.
Is a pillow cover included?
The fitted pillow cover is sold separately. You can use the pillow without it, but we recommend the cover for added comfort.
What does the warranty cover?
The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural damage during normal use, from the date we ship the product. Please contact our support team for full conditions.
