Shipping policy

This policy sets out the shipping conditions for products purchased from the Lattice&Life online store.

Delivery areas

We deliver within Japan only. International shipping is not available. Please check availability for remote islands and certain areas at checkout.

Delivery company

Orders are delivered by Sagawa Express. You cannot choose a different carrier.

Shipping fees

Standard shipping within Japan is free, regardless of the product or order value.

Dispatch timing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation. We do not dispatch on weekends, Japanese public holidays, summer holidays, year-end/New Year holidays or other company closure days. Pre-orders and made-to-order products are dispatched according to the schedule stated on the product page.

Delivery updates

After dispatch, we will send shipping information to the email address provided with your order.

Prolonged absence or refusal of delivery

If an order is returned because of prolonged absence, an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery or similar reasons, you may be charged for redelivery. If this happens repeatedly, we may cancel your orders at our discretion.
