Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us before preparations for dispatch begin. Once preparations have started, we may be unable to change or cancel your order.

Shipping

Orders are delivered by Sagawa Express and usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation. We do not dispatch on weekends, Japanese public holidays, summer holidays, year-end/New Year holidays or other company closure days. Pre-orders and made-to-order products are dispatched according to the schedule stated on the product page.

Returns and exchanges

Different conditions apply to defective products, incorrect deliveries and returns or exchanges for personal reasons. Please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date.
