Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using the Lattice&Life online store (“Service”), operated by APPLE TREE Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). Please read these Terms before using the Service.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relations between us and customers concerning use of the Service. Guides, policies and notices posted on the Service also form part of these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must register accurate, up-to-date information and are responsible for managing your account details. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use by a third party.

3. Product information

We endeavour to provide accurate product information. However, colors, textures and other details displayed on screen may differ from the actual product. Specifications, prices and sales conditions may change to the extent permitted by law.

4. Orders and sales contracts

A sales contract is formed when you complete the order process and we notify you that we have accepted the order. We may cancel orders for reasonable reasons, including insufficient stock, failed payment, suspected misuse or an obvious error in prices or product information.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page. Standard shipping within Japan is free. Additional charges for returns for personal reasons, redelivery or similar circumstances are set out in the relevant policies. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; the payment provider's terms may also apply.

6. Shipping

Delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping policy. Deliveries may be delayed by weather, disasters, traffic, carrier circumstances or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Conditions for cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are set out in our Returns and refunds policy.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals, register false information, impersonate others, gain unauthorized access, place bulk orders for resale, interfere with the Service or infringe our rights or those of third parties.

9. Intellectual property

Rights to text, images, video, logos, designs and other content on the Service belong to us or their lawful owners. Reproduction, republication, modification or distribution beyond personal use is prohibited without permission.

10. Changes or suspension

We may change or temporarily suspend the Service when necessary for maintenance, incident response, legal compliance or other reasons.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy and safety of information provided through the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product, unless this limitation is not permitted under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws.

We may amend these Terms in accordance with law. Significant changes will be announced on the Service or by other appropriate means.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise required by law, the Osaka District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes concerning the Service.
