Additional charges
Standard shipping within Japan is free. Customers are responsible for internet connection and other communication charges. You may be charged for return shipping for personal reasons, or redelivery following prolonged absence, an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery or similar circumstances.

We accept credit cards, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Available methods are shown at checkout. Payment timing depends on the payment service you use. For credit cards, the date your card provider debits your account varies by provider.
Delivery timing
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation. Pre-orders and made-to-order products are dispatched according to the schedule stated on the product page. See our Shipping policy for details.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
