Caring for 4D MAKURA LATTICE 3000

Pillow

Wash with water or a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry in the shade in a well-ventilated place. Do not tumble dry or use bleach, as these may cause deterioration or damage.

Fitted cover

The cover is machine washable. Do not use chlorine bleach.

Use and storage precautions

• Avoid use or storage in high temperatures, including electric blankets on high settings, dryers, hot cars or prolonged direct sunlight.
• Do not forcefully fold the product or allow sharp objects to come into contact with it.
• Stop using the product if you experience discomfort or pain. This product is not a medical device.

3-year quality warranty

We maintain thorough quality control, from material selection to manufacturing, so you can use the product with confidence.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, or structural damage occurs during normal use within 3 years of the date we ship the product, we will provide a free replacement. Damage beyond normal use, damage caused by the customer, wear and age-related changes are excluded.

We will respond with care to help you enjoy comfortable sleep for years to come.
